A Certified Diabetes Educator provides education of the fundamentals of diabetes and the skills necessary for the daily self-management of diabetes.

Individual consultations and group classes are offered for:

• Diabetes Management
• Introduction to Diabetes Management Class

Registered Dietitians provide individualized diabetes meal plans to promote good blood sugar control.
